To lose weight you simply eat two of our nutritional meal replacement shakes, take our vitamin / mineral supplement, have two healthy snacks, drink 8 glasses of water and eat one normal meal of your own choice each day.

Weight Loss - 2 Shake Plan - 60 Shakes per month:
Use 1 level Herbalife spoons 15 ml measure (approx. 3 level teaspoons) of Shake Mix with 2 level Herbalife spoons 15 ml measure (approx. 1.5 tablespoons) of Protein Powder per shake.
